Returns and Refunds

Thank you for purchasing from Guardian Hearts. Each heart is created and packaged with care, using natural stone and hand-finished materials. Because of the unique and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

1. Final Sale

All Guardian Hearts are sold as final sale items. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Please review your order carefully before confirming checkout.

2. Exceptions for Damage or Defects

We want you to be delighted with your Guardian Heart. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ReturnsGHA@Gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

3. Natural Variation

Each Guardian Heart is made from natural stone. Variations in color, texture, or pattern are part of its natural beauty and not considered defects. Every piece is one of a kind—just like the person receiving it. See “Disclaimer” page for more information.

4. Packaging and Materials

All returns approved under the damage policy must be sent back in original packaging, including the custom box, note, and velvet pouch.

We also strive to be environmentally responsible—our packaging uses as much recycled and recyclable material as possible, without compromising quality or presentation.

5. Shipping Costs

If a replacement or return is approved, shipping instructions will be provided. In most cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the issue resulted from our error.

6. No Medical Claims

Guardian Hearts are symbolic keepsakes meant to bring comfort and encouragement. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.  See full information in our “Disclaimer” page.
