Ground shipping.  Allow 3 to 7 business days.

International shipping is $19.50

1. Processing Time

Every Guardian Heart is carefully packaged by hand.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
• During holidays or special releases, please allow a few extra days for preparation.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size.

• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and destination

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.
Expedited or international shipping options may include additional costs, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Returns Shipping Costs

If you return an item under an approved circumstance, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

We strive to protect both your heart and the planet.
Our boxes and wrapping materials use as much recycled and recyclable content as possible, without compromising their luxurious feel and presentation.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive as expected:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost packages).
• Send clear photos of the item and packaging to ReturnsGHA@gmail.com

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Guardian Hearts is not responsible for customs delays.

8. Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
